1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with BlissClean Mobile Detail LLC ("BlissClean," "we," "us," or "our"), visiting our website at blisscleandetail.com, or using our online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.

BlissClean Mobile Detail LLC is a mobile car detailing company registered in Georgia, with a business address of 303 Perimeter Center N, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30348.

2. Services

BlissClean provides mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to, interior cleaning, exterior washing, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, pet hair removal, clay bar treatment, and fleet detailing. Services are performed at a location of your choosing within our service area (Metro Atlanta, GA).

Service descriptions and package inclusions on our website are provided for informational purposes. Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, size, and prior maintenance history. We will communicate any scope changes before performing additional work.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking platform (Urable), by phone, or by text. By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You are the vehicle owner or have authorization to book detailing services for the vehicle
  • The vehicle will be accessible at the scheduled location and time
  • You have provided accurate contact and vehicle information

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or inaccessible vehicle location.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on our website and booking platform and may vary based on vehicle size, service type, and vehicle condition. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle's condition significantly differs from what was described at the time of booking — we will always communicate any price adjustments before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure booking platform. We do not store card information on our systems.

Fleet and recurring clients may arrange alternative payment schedules by contacting us directly.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours' notice) may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end (weather, emergency, etc.), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

BlissClean takes great care with every vehicle. However, please note the following:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues present before the service
  • We recommend you inform us of any known paint issues, fragile trim, or special coatings before service begins
  • Loose or personal items left in the vehicle are not our responsibility — please remove valuables before your appointment
  • For paint correction and ceramic coating services, we cannot guarantee results on heavily oxidized, repainted, or previously damaged surfaces

In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate claims.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of appointment completion. We will return to address any missed areas or quality concerns at no additional charge, subject to our reasonable assessment.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only for services that clearly fall below a reasonable standard. We do not issue refunds for customer-changed preferences after service completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on blisscleandetail.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BlissClean Mobile Detail LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, BlissClean Mobile Detail LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
